【Job description】 日本語能力はNATIVEの人材を募集中です。 - Identification of customer need/requirement to propose Connected Service digital solutions and technology. Identify gaps of existing solutions and propose new solutions to meet customer requirement/solve customer problem - Continuous focus on account growth to propose solution by understanding current deliveries、 identify the wants/new-enhancement requirements What you will be doing: - Interact with customer to understand customer pain points、 unmet needs and relevant use-cases based on customer opportunities - Align and bench mark our company solutions/offering to meet customer requirements or solve customer problem. - Customize our company solution/offering to address customer concerns and to add value by connecting with global team. - Define roadmap view with milestones、 next steps and timelines of solution implementation for customer by interacting with IoT consulting and sales team. - Proactive Point of View (PoV) explanation to shape up the deal and enable customer confidence to work with our company - Estimate effort and support commercials with sales team for the opportunity - Support sales member to get internal stakeholders’ approval - Provide showcase-able contents such as demos 、 UCs 、 function/service list for solution 、 catalogs 、 elevator pitches 、 workshop kit - Lead align for closing T&C for our company IP product
必要なスキル・経験
【Required skills】 (Must Have) 10 of years industry experience in large scale implementations in software consulting services using a structured methodology. (Must Have) about 2 to 3 years of experience in solutioning/consulting/pre-sales focusing exclusively on the digital space in digital area (IoT、 Cloud、 AI、 Machine learning、 smart city、 smart energy、 Logistics & Supply chain etc.、) (Must Have) Experinence working with multiple teams in different geo (global/hybrid model) (Preffered) IoT solution knowledge in the area of Supply chain、 Smart City & GIS、 Connected Facilities、 Smart energy、 Connected utility is added advantage 【Nice-to-have skills】 (Preffered) Previous experience as consultant、 solution engineer、 customer facing role、 pre-sales for IT solution is added advantage (Preffered) Previous experience of GTM strategy making、 Point of view preparation、 Roadmap creation are added advantage (Others) - Strong communication skills - Basic knowledge of IoT and analytics(IoT、 Cloud、 AI、 Machine learning、 Engineering etc.、) - Excellent organizational and facilitation skills、 Management skills - Ability to flourish with minimal guidance、 be proactive、 and handle uncertainty - Flexibility and openness to new ideas in order to define best our company solutions - Rich experience in stakeholder management - Proficient in Word、 Excel、 Power Point - Openness to collaborate with the teams in Japan as well as in the other geographies - Flexible and Continuous Improvement skills 【Language】 Japanese Native with Fluent English (Mandatory)
