どんな仕事か
■Responsibilities／業務内容: 1. Handle project management responsibility for vehicle programs 2. Schedule management to meet program milestones 3. Coordination with customer members、 suppliers、 当社 team and other stake holders 4. Schedule negotiation with supplier and other customer department 5. Technical proposal review and discussion with supplier and other customer department *Usage of project management tools like MPP、 JIRA、 Confluence etc 1. 自動車関連プログラムのプロジェクトマネジメント 2. 各プログラムの目標達成に向けたスケジュール管理 3. 顧客メンバー、サプライヤー、当社チーム、その他のステークホルダーとの調整業務 4. サプライヤーおよび顧客部門とのスケジュール交渉 5. サプライヤーおよび他の顧客部門との技術提案書のレビューならびに改善案の策定 *MPP、JIRA、Confluenceなどのプロジェクト管理ツールを使用する ■About the project / プロジェクトについて: This is a new project management opportunity for 当社 with huge business volume. This project will give scope to manage large vehicle development programs. Additionally、 you can get trained on new technologies in Chassis、 ADAS domain and RPA with exposure to client handling. とても膨大なスケールの新しいビジネスです。大規模な車両開発プログラムにおいてプロジェクトマネジメント経験を積むことができます。また、シャシー、ADAS、RPAなどの新しい技術を間近で経験でき、クライアントマネジメントスキルも向上させることができます。 ■Workling Environment: - Location: Kanagawa、 closest station is Aiko-Ishida - Work Style: Onsite *Not remote work - 最寄り駅：愛甲石田駅（神奈川） - 就業環境：オンサイト ＊リモートではありません。
必要なスキル・経験
■Minimum qualifications／応募要件: 1. Native Japanese or N1 level 2. Experience in development of automotive systems 3. Experience of project management and supplier coordination 4. Good understanding of JIRA and Confluence ■Preferred qualifications／尚可要件: 1. 日本語ネイティブレベルまたはN1相当 2. 車載システムの開発経験 3. プロジェクトマネジメントとサプライヤーコーディネーション経験 4. JIRAならびにConfluenceの知見
