Their teams help customers accelerate business transformation through advanced cloud, data, and generative AI technologies. By combining deep technical expertise with customer-centric consulting, the team supports organizations in modernizing critical processes and unlocking the value of AI-driven innovation. The Customer Success Team collaborates closely with sales, partner, and technical organizations to design and implement transformative solutions powered by modern AI and data technologies. Leveraging expertise in cloud data services, analytics, and generative AI, the team focuses on enabling measurable business outcomes and long-term customer success. Builders are responsible for architecting and developing end-to-end generative AI solutions. This includes designing scalable and secure solution blueprints that integrate AI capabilities into enterprise environments and existing applications. Builders work closely with strategists and customer stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure successful implementation and adoption. In addition, Builders provide guidance on data preparation, model customization, deployment strategies, and operational best practices. They also support project governance through regular customer updates and operational management aligned with delivery best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop generative AI application architectures for use cases such as text generation, image synthesis, and intelligent data augmentation - Build scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI solutions leveraging cloud-based AI/ML services and infrastructure - Support integration of AI applications with enterprise platforms, identity management systems, databases, and third-party applications - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including strategists, project managers, UX designers, and AI/ML specialists to deliver effective end-user solutions - Work with security and compliance stakeholders to design and maintain secure and resilient AI environments - Contribute to reusable frameworks, tools, and best practices that accelerate AI solution delivery and knowledge sharing across teams - Support technical troubleshooting, deployment optimization, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle

必要なスキル・経験

- 5+ years of professional software development experience - 5+ years of design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience programming with at least one software programming language
