Our client, Leading Global Large-Cap Fund is looking out Investment Professiona - Associate in their Tokyo office. Great role for someone who wants to do true end-to-end investing in a global, operationally minded platform. ■Responsibilities ・Support end-to-end investment execution, including sourcing, due diligence, and transaction closing. ・Build and maintain financial models, including LBO and DCF, and run valuation and returns analyses. ・Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to underwrite investment theses and key risks. ・Prepare internal investment materials and present findings to the investment committee. ・Support deal structuring, documentation, and coordination with advisors and counterparties. ・Monitor portfolio performance and support value-creation initiatives and exit preparation.
必要なスキル・経験
Experience in an IBD or M&A boutique firm. 2–6 years of hands-on M&A experience. Knowledge of financial modeling Strong English proficiency.
