We’ve built the "Quora meets Patreon" of the creator world—a space where deep, Q&A-driven conversations generate real value. After achieving massive PMF with 16M MAUs in Japan, we will rebuild our service experience from the ground up to lead the US creator economy. ■Mission As a Product Manager, you will drive product growth in global markets including the United States and Japan. From understanding business objectives and market needs to defining requirements for development projects, you will lead the creation of valuable products. In the short term, your mission will be to expand the SNS as a question box service, including leading improvements to payment, point features, and moderation. ■Responsibilities Establish product OKRs and Epics to achieve business KPIs Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user needs assessment to design mobile and web platform concepts Define Customer Journey Maps, user stories, and wireframes as a global platform Execute rapid PDCA cycles with the development team Collaborate efficiently with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams in Japan Drive operational excellence by proactively integrating AI tools into daily workflows to increase efficiency and output quality. 必要なスキル・経験
■Required Qualifications 3+ years of product management experience with B2C or C2C web and mobile products. Experience in operating and managing analytics dashboards utilizing SQL. Experience integrating the latest technologies, such as AI Agents, into products or operations. Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (including reading and writing). Exceptional communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders, combined with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
