[Details of Responsibilities] ・Conduct in-depth fundamental equity research and analysis on companies and industries ・Build and maintain financial models for evaluating companies and market segments ・Maintain position level investment reports with sizing recommendations, prize target upside/downside, conviction levels, etc… ・Monitor earnings cycle, give timely comments and reviews ・Participate in company/industry meetings and produce internal research ・Generate investment ideas to portfolio managers

必要なスキル・経験
[Requirements] ・Bachelor's Degree or above in finance, business management, or other related disciplines ・2-8 years of experience with at least 2 years of investment work experience in a PE, investment banking or fundamental equities fund ・Knowledge of equity research content and excellent stakeholder management skills ・Strong verbal and written skills in Japanese and English ・Able to work independently, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, an efficient team player, and an analytical mind ・Prior public equity investing experience with a proven track record will have an added advantage
