This role involves joining the Japan Market Neutral team to focus on macroeconomic-related sectors within the Japanese market. The primary responsibility is to assess economic indicators, policy changes, and broader market trends across various sectors to inform investment strategies. You will generate long and short equity investment recommendations, monitor portfolio holdings, and engage in extensive financial analysis to ensure robust, risk-adjusted investment strategies.

必要なスキル・経験

- 5-15 years of relevant experience in sell-side equity research or buy-side long/short equity. - Experience covering Japanese macroeconomic-related sectors, including financials, real estate, and construction. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with strong academic credentials. - Proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and verbal). - Advanced understanding of accounting and financial statements, with the ability to identify key business drivers. - Excellent Excel modeling skills. - Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborative and team-oriented personality.

想定年収	2,000 万円〜 7,500 万円 base salary plus bonus, dependent on experience. Compensation is highly competitive and above amount is only indicative - can be more depending on performance.
