The role involves joining a newly formed Pan-Asia investment team focused on Japan’s dynamic consumer sector. You will be responsible for generating long and short equity investment recommendations, conducting thorough financial modeling, and monitoring portfolio holdings. The position requires active participation in earnings calls, industry conferences, and the creation of detailed financial analyses to support investment decisions in sectors such as luxury, entertainment, and retail.

必要なスキル・経験
- 5-10 years of experience in sell-side equity research or buy-side equity long/short investing. - Experience covering the Japanese consumer sector, including luxury, entertainment, and retail. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong academic credentials. - Proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and verbal). - Advanced understanding of accounting and financial statements, with the ability to identify key business drivers. - Excellent Excel modeling skills. - Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborative and team-oriented personality.

| 想定年収 | 2,000 万円 〜 7,500 万円 base salary plus bonus, dependent on experience. Compensation is highly competitive and above amount is only indicative - can be more depending on performance. |
