We are seeking an experienced JP Equities Trader to join a Tokyo-based hedge fund specializing in Japanese equity-related instruments, including cash equities, futures, and options. This role requires you to execute trades while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal risk management policies. You will work closely with the investment team to optimize execution strategies, reduce costs, and manage risk exposure.

必要なスキル・経験
- 10+ years of experience in JP equities sales trading, covering cash equities, futures, and options. - Fluent in both Japanese and English. - Strong knowledge of the Japanese equity markets and the ability to execute trades efficiently. - Ability to manage risk and ensure trades comply with regulations and internal guidelines. - Experience working in either a buy-side or sell-side environment. - Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting.
歓迎条件
- Experience and comfortable in handling very high volume of around 100-150 trades daily, often across 80-120 lines. You will also manage basket trades when applicable. - Proven experience in managing relationships with brokers and ensuring best execution. - A deep understanding of market trends and liquidity conditions. - Ability to contribute to trading strategies and provide feedback on market opportunities.
