世界有数のインフラストラクチャー、エネルギーアセット向けの投資実績を誇る外資系ファンドの新規募集です。 東京勤務のジュニア投資担当者を募集しております。 Join high performing and fast paced Infrastructure and Energy Capital division as an Associate/Analyst to gain excellent exposure to their Asia Pacific business. They have a best-in-class investing platform with extensive investment, financial and technical expertise. The Group has over 100 employees in Japan and has been active in Japan for over 24 years. - Job scope Working as a core member of the team, you will take ownership for origination, including structuring, business and financial diligence, arranging debt and equity financing and market analysis. You will be working across a dynamic team and have the opportunity to prepare syndication materials, lender/investor dialogue and be involved in the internal credit approval process along with client interaction for ongoing mandates and new business development. You will be based in Tokyo and work closely with the head of the team in Japan to originate and execute on investment opportunities in Japan, and with the regional execution teams based in other region in Asia.
必要なスキル・経験
