They are looking to revitalize and rebrand their presence in Japan and are providing a start-up atmosphere with strong financial stability. The team is seeking a Technical Consultant in Japan to join their leading global professional services team. With projects that span from Infrastructure to Application layer technologies, you will have the opportunity to utilize your technical expertise to support clients. Additionally, you will receive training to further enhance your skills across BI, AI, and Cloud technologies. As a Consultant, you will collaborate with customers to understand and help achieve their business objectives by providing timely, relevant, and accurate solutions. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery: Deliver billable consulting services, leveraging our products and services. Participate in the full project life cycle, from concept to deployment. Understand business objectives and develop project approaches for customer success. Customer Management: Develop and manage customer relationships and expectations. Communicate effectively with team members and customers. Influence positive outcomes for customers. Technical Excellence: Participate in implementation activities. Develop functional and technical application design skills. Team Development: Share expertise and experience with junior team members. Lead and mentor small teams of up to 8 members. Participate in internal knowledge-sharing forums.

必要なスキル・経験
Native or Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1) and proficiency in written English. 4+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical function such as Presales, Technical Account Management, System Integration/Implementation, Consulting, Technical Support, or similar roles. Technology experience in one of the following: - Infrastructure / Network - Cloud - Database / Data Technologies - AI - Application
