【急募】不動産ファイナンスのミドルオフィス担当 (外資系投資銀行・Vice President)
どんな仕事か
・Provide agency services to real-estate financing clients and syndicate lenders (covenants, consent requests, management of information flow) ・Monitor & manage existing portfolio (covenants, collaterals, cash & account) ・Support Front Office in executing new transactions (reviewing documents, opening accounts, internal booking, coordinating with relevant departments) and in conducting various reports (assets, profitability) 不動産ファイナンスのミドルオフィスで、エージェンシーサービス、ポートフォリオ管理、新規取引の実行面でのフロントのサポートを 行ないます。

必要なスキル・経験
・At least 10 years of banking experience in Structured Finance ・Good communication skills both in Japanese and English ・IT literate ・Mathematically minded ・Good understanding of real-estate finance (備考) ・英語力より実務能力を優先します。英語は必ずしもビジネスレベルでなくても可。 ・組織の年齢構成上、30歳～50歳前後までの方を求めています。
歓迎条件
・Experience in Real-Estate Finance, Telecom Finance, Leveraged Finance, Aircraft Finance ・International experience, having worked with teams in Europe/US
| 想定年収 | 1,400 万円 〜 1,600 万円 ・ベース12～13.5万円＋期末ボーナスの目安。
