必要なスキル・経験
1: Role – Principal Lead deal execution and evaluation across Asia-Pacific, with a primary focus on the Japanese market. Drive value creation initiatives in partnership with global GPs. Ideal profile: 7–12 years of private equity or buy-side investment experience, with a strong track record in deal execution. Fluency in both Japanese and English is mandatory. 2: Role – Associate Support investment teams in deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio monitoring. Build and analyze financial models, conduct due diligence, and prepare investment committee materials. Collaborate with senior investment professionals on cross-border opportunities, with a focus on Japan. Ideal profile: 2–4 years of investment banking (M&A/coverage) experience. Consulting experience is not preferred. Fluency in both Japanese and English is mandatory. Location: The position will be based in Abu Dhabi (UAE), with frequent travel to Japan and other Asian markets.
