In line with the firm’s strategic expansion and increased focus on investment banking, they are actively seeking high-caliber professionals—particularly from securities firms—to join their team. ▼ Open Positions - Associate (Class 1–5) - VP (Class 1–5) ▼ Investment Banking Division Overview The division comprises of 90 professionals: - Advisory Group: 60 members - Financing Group: 30 members, covering ECM, DCM, and IBD derivatives Sector coverage includes FIG, TMT, GIG, and M&A Advisory. Senior bankers at MDs (13 members) and VPs (10 members) are assigned to each sector. Associates and Analysts operate within a pool of around 50 junior bankers, working across multiple sectors to support deal execution. ▼ Role Descriptions ▽Associate - Associates lead Analysts in executing M&A transactions and also contribute to financing projects. - By Associate Class 4–5, individuals are expected to develop sector-specific expertise and demonstrate potential as future deal managers. ▽VP - VPs are assigned to specific sectors and are responsible for managing deal execution. - While origination is typically led by MDs, Senior VPs may also take on origination responsibilities depending on their strengths and career aspirations. - Prior experience in Coverage or M&A Advisory within the IBD, sector experience is not mandatory - Feedback on successful candidates frequently highlights "Qualities" such as maturity and being highly motivated.
