欧米系グローバル資産運用会社の東京ポジションです。 本ポジションは、機関投資家向けのプロダクト・ソリューション提供および関連業務を担当するチームにおける募集です。 業務には以下が含まれます： ・機関投資家・法人向けのファンドレイズ支援、情報提供 ・海外運用チームと連携した投資商品・ストラクチャーに関する対応 ・海外からの来訪者（関係者・投資家）の対応や会議ファシリテーション ・ドキュメンテーション（RFP、DD対応等）および社内外との連携業務 取り扱う商品は、複数のオルタナティブ運用戦略が含まれます。具体的には、プライベート投資領域を中心に、ファンド組成に関連するストラクチャリング、及びそれに伴う各種対応業務が想定されます。 【勤務地】 都内オフィス（一部リモートワーク可） 【採用スケジュール】 内定は2025年末～2026年初旬を想定 選考プロセスは複数回の面接を予定（国内外拠点との面談含む） 【働き方】 フレキシブルな勤務体系 一部在宅勤務可 海外拠点との時差対応が一部発生する可能性あり A global investment management firm is seeking a candidate for its Tokyo-based client solutions team. This role will involve supporting fundraising and investor relations efforts for institutional clients, while closely collaborating with global investment teams. Key responsibilities include: ・Supporting fundraising activities and responding to institutional client needs ・Coordination with international investment professionals regarding product and structure ・Facilitating visits and meetings with overseas staff or investors ・Preparing documentation such as RFPs, due diligence materials, and supporting internal processes ・The role will involve working across a range of private market investment strategies and supporting product initiatives tailored for a Japanese client base.
必要なスキル・経験
■実務経験6-12年程度が目安（上下しても可能） 【以下いずれか】 ①IBD経験者 ・スポンサーカバレッジチームか、FIGセクター、もしくはM&Aアドバイザー経験者は特に歓迎 ②PEファンド経験者 ・投資経験者かIR部門などで資料作成からDD含めた広範囲の業務経験者 ■英語力について ・Nativeである必要はないが、本社から外国籍シニアが来日することもありビジネスレベル以上 ■求める定性面 ・複数部門・関係者との調整を伴う業務において高い自律性と対応力を発揮できる方 ・スピード感と柔軟性のある業務環境での就業を希望する方 ・Experience in investment banking, private investments, or fund-related roles ・Strong communication skills, including business-level English ・Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently ・Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fluid environment with international coordination
