・Oversee core operational functions related to investment-related activities ・Drive continuous improvement in day-to-day operations and service quality ・Support and manage operational changes, initiatives, and improvement projects ・Review and enhance processes with a focus on efficiency and scalability ・Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and regions
必要なスキル・経験
・Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5 ・7+ years of experience in operations within financial-related industries ・Practical experience with accounting operations or coordination with external service providers is a plus ・Proven track record in leading operational initiatives and working with diverse stakeholders ・Strong written and verbal communication skills in English ・Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g. CoPilot or similar)
