Job Description: - As part of the Solution Consulting team, you will help drive the success of our Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, or ITX solutions. You will support the sales team in generating revenue by providing technical expertise and working closely with Sales, Product Management, and leadership. This role is a hands-on technical consultant who supports solution design, product positioning, and demonstrations throughout the sales cycle. What you will do in this role: - The Solution Consultant works as a technical expert during the sales process, helping position and deliver product solutions while supporting the team in achieving quarterly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory. - Support product sales as a technical expert working with the customer-facing sales team - Lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations that match their needs - Answer product and technical questions from customers, partners, and internal teams - Provide feedback to product management on improvements that can better meet customer needs - Share best practices and reusable materials with other Solution Consultants to improve team effectiveness - Stay informed about competitors and how our solutions are differentiated in the market - Support marketing activities such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and industry events
必要なスキル・経験
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have: - Experience using or exploring how AI can be applied to work processes, decision-making, or problem solving. This may include using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI insights, or understanding AI’s potential impact on the industry. - 7+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering. - Experience with the our platform or strong technical knowledge of cloud software solutions. - Experience working closely with teams such as Product Management, Product Marketing, Partners, and Professional Services. - Territory management skills, including building a sales pipeline and working with sales teams to execute account strategies. - Willingness to travel when needed.
