【外資系アセマネ】IT Senior Manager｜
どんな仕事か
・Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and propose appropriate technology solutions. ・Manage relationships with external service providers to support project delivery and ongoing operations. ・Identify operational and technology-related risks, and contribute to mitigation planning and execution. ・Lead or support IT-related initiatives such as system enhancements, infrastructure improvements, and process optimization. ・Maintain and improve IT documentation, operational processes, and alignment with internal policies and standards. ・Provide support for business-critical applications, coordinating with relevant stakeholders or external partners when required. ・Contribute to the evaluation and introduction of new tools or technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. ・Support day-to-day IT operations, including administrative tasks, asset tracking, and vendor coordination. ・Share knowledge within the team and support the development of less experienced colleagues.
必要なスキル・経験
・Ability to analyse complex issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions. ・Experience working with external partners or vendors in a delivery or operational context. ・7+ years of experience in IT functions such as infrastructure, operations, or project delivery within complex organizational environments. ・Experience supporting or guiding less experienced team members and contributing to team development. ・Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, including server environments, networks, and enterprise cloud services. ・Working knowledge of information security principles, including access control, risk management, and governance frameworks. ・Experience leading and delivering IT-related initiatives or projects. ・Fluent/Native-level communication skills in Japanese and business-level or above English.
