◼︎The Role As our inaugural Head of Growth in the US, you will own the full growth strategy and execution—from acquiring creators and their audiences to driving activation, engagement, and retention. You will work directly with the CEO to build the growth function from the ground up, combining product-led growth with strategic marketing to scale our service’s presence in the US market. This is a rare opportunity to shape a growth organization at a critical inflection point, with the autonomy to define strategy and the resources to execute it. ◼︎Responsibilities ・Growth Strategy & Execution Define and own the end-to-end growth strategy for our service’s US expansion, spanning creator acquisition, audience growth, activation, and retention Build and iterate on our service’s growth model: deeply understand where growth is coming from, identify the biggest opportunities, and communicate the story across the company ・Creator Acquisition & Onboarding Develop and execute strategies to attract high-quality creators to our service, including outreach, partnerships, community building, and referral programs Design and optimize the creator onboarding experience to minimize drop-off and maximize time-to-value Build relationships with key creators and influencers to drive platform credibility and network effects ・User Acquisition & Funnel Optimization Drive audience-side growth through product-led strategies, SEO, content marketing, paid acquisition, and strategic partnerships Optimize every stage of the conversion funnel: from discovery to sign-up, activation, subscription, and retention Identify and execute growth marketing opportunities across acquisition, activation, and retention channels ・Product-Led Growth & Experimentation Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify and ship features that drive organic growth Lead a culture of experimentation: build and maintain an experiment pipeline, design A/B tests, and drive data-informed decision-making
必要なスキル・経験
◼︎Required Qualifications ・8+ years of experience in growth, growth marketing, or product-led growth roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position ・Proven track record of scaling a consumer or creator platform in the US market ・Deep expertise across the full growth funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization ・Strong analytical skills with fluency in SQL and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker) ・Mastery of growth frameworks including cohort analysis, growth accounting, and experimentation design
