The PM is seeking a sub-PM/Senior Analyst who can quickly ramp up and help him deploy more capital. This is a unique opportunity to work with a very experienced and successful PM, quick career progression and be part of a top performing global hedge fund.

- Experienced industrials analyst willing to specialize in 40-60 large cap Japan industrial stocks - Industrials domain knowledge is paramount but pre-existing Japan specialization is not, i.e. a regional industrials analyst who understands the non-Japan angles and is willing to specialize in Japan could certainly work - Detail-oriented research analysts who are willing to help PM understand the space as well as they do - Demonstrate a passion/aggressiveness to build processes that can give the team a sustainable edge - Once fully ramped, the candidate should be thinking like a PM; presenting fully-baked ideas with a variant view, clear understanding of catalysts, positioning, sizing, and how to hedge - Once fully ramped up, the candidate will have a chance to manage a substantial sleeve/sub book
必要なスキル・経験
- 8+ years of total industry experience, 3+ years covering regional industrials, 3+ years of buy side experience - Backgrounds: HF, LO, Long-biased, PE - Native in Japanese, JLPT2 and above can be considered
